Returning Student Registration

1. LCCC Application
The first step for all students is to apply to LCCC using our online application.

2. Financial Aid Application (FAFSA) & Scholarships

The next step for all students is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov if you are seeking financial aid.

  • The LCCC college code number is 006810.
  • It is important to apply for financial aid as soon as possible!
  • If you need to set up a tuition payment plan contact the Business Office at 610-799-1157 or visit their homepage.
  • Everything you need to know about financial aid at FATV in English or Spanish.

Deadlines to have your financial aid applied directly to your tuition:

  • Summer Session: March 1st
  • Fall Session: May 1st
  • Spring Session: November 1st

Note: if you do not apply by the deadline, you can still receive financial aid. But you will need to pay your tuition in full or set up a payment plan and your financial aid will reimburse you.

SCHOLARSHIPS: LCCC offers a variety of scholarship opportunities to help fund your education. 

3. Transcript Submission

Returning students:
Do NOT need to submit LCCC transcripts. However, if you wish to transfer credits earned from another college towards an LCCC degree, you will need to submit an official college transcript.

4. Placement Test

Most Returning students may be exempted from testing. Placement tests in math, reading, and writing are required, unless you are exempted.  Determine if you are exempt from the placement tests.

Healthcare Science Majors:
The Biology Placement test is required for Healthcare Science majors and Veterinary Technician program.

Science and Engineering Majors:
Students in these majors must take the Chemistry and Math Placement test.

5. Registration

Simply contact the Advising and Transfer Office to schedule a meeting with an advisor.

6. Register for Orientation

Orientation is not required for returning students.

7. Payment

Payment for Fall 2019 is due by July 10, 2019. If payment arrangement is not made prior to July 24, 2019, your classes will be dropped.
