1. LCCC Application

2. Financial Aid Application (FAFSA) & Scholarships

The next step for all students is to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at if you are seeking financial aid.

  • The LCCC college code number is 006810.
  • It is important to apply for financial aid as soon as possible!
  • If you need to set up a tuition payment plan contact the Business Office at 610-799-1157 or visit their homepage.
  • Everything you need to know about financial aid can be viewed at FATV in English or Spanish.

Deadlines to have your financial aid applied directly to your tuition:

  • Summer Session: March 1st
  • Fall Session: May 1st
  • Spring Session: November 1st

Note: If you do not apply by the deadline, you can still receive financial aid. You will need to pay your tuition in full or set up a payment plan and your financial aid will reimburse you.

SCHOLARSHIPS: LCCC offers a variety of scholarship opportunities to help fund your education. In order to be considered for majority of LCCC's Foundation Scholarships, you must complete a FAFSA.

3. Transcript Submission

LCCC requires an official college transcript(s). Transcripts should be mailed to:

In addition, the following programs have additional requirements for acceptance. The programs require both high school and college transcripts, if applicable. Please see their respective pages for further requirements:

4. Placement Test

Most transfer students may be exempt from testing. If you were previously enrolled in a 100 level college English and Math courses and passed with a C grade or higher, you will most likely be exempted from the reading, writing and math placement test. Determine if you are exempt from the placement test. Also If you took LCCC's placement test, your scores are valid for two years. 

Health Care Majors:
The biology placement test is required for selected Health Care and Veterinary Technician majors unless you were previously enrolled in a 100 level college BIO course and passed with a C grade or higher.

Science and Engineering Majors:
The chemistry and math placement tests are required for students in the Science and Engineering majors unless you were previously enrolled in a 100 level college CHEM and MAT course(s) and passed with a C grade or higher.

5. Registration

As a transfer student, you may self-register through your LCCC student portal or you may schedule an advising and course registration appointment by contacting the Advising and Transfer Office. If your college transcript has not been sent to us prior to your advising appointment, please be sure to bring a copy of your transcript to your meeting.

6. Payment

Payment for Winter 2019 is due Dec. 04, 2019. Drop for non-payment is on Dec. 11, 2019

Payment for Spring 2020 is due Dec. 04, 2019. Drop for non-payment is on Jan. 08, 2020.
