United Way of PA Utilities Resources can help with utility bill payment assistance. Includes electric, water, gas, heating fuel, internet, and telephone service.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps families living on low incomes pay their heating bills in the form of a grant.
UGI Customers Assistance Program (CAP) Offers low-income customers assistance in managing their energy bill.
PPL On Track lowers fixed monthly payment to income-eligible customers.
Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC benefit program that helps ensure that households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more.
Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) is a temporary assistance program created by the American Rescue Plan Act. LIHWAP can help households that are in emergency situations maintain essential water access.
