ESL (English as a Second Language)

LCCC strives to meet the needs of English language learners in our community by offering both credit and non-credit ESL courses. Each program is designed to help you develop English language skills to prepare you for life, college, and career goals.

Noncredit ESL Program

• Beginner to intermediate level classes every 9 weeks
• Prepares students for employment, citizenship, and credit ESL courses

Fee Based Noncredit ESL Information

Registration and payment for classes must be completed in person at any LCCC campus.

ESL 1: For beginning and low intermediate-level students to improve students’ speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.

ESL 2: For high intermediate and advanced students to improve students’ speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
