Professional Pilot A.A.S.
Obtain entry-level employment in the aviation industry. Learn flight and ground-school requirements for the private, commercial, and flight instructor certificates with an instrument rating. Obtain flight training from a college-recognized Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved Part 141 Flight School. Become a flight instructor, charter pilot, corporate pilot, or commuter airline pilot. Transfer for a bachelor’s degree in aviation science. Our Aviation programs are recognized by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The granting of this degree is based upon the student’s successful completion of required course work, and the obtaining of FAA Private, Instrument, Commercial, and Flight Instructor Certificates.
An FAA medical certificate is required for enrollment.

Aviation Science A.A.S.
Experience a blend of pilot and management studies. The degree combines the earning of the FAA Private Pilot Certificate with the study of advanced pilot courses, business courses, computers, and liberal arts courses.

Graduates may be hired for ground-based employment with fixed-base operators, municipal airport authorities, airlines, flight schools, state aviation agencies, the federal government, corporate flight departments, aviation-related sales, or general business concerns. Students who decide on a career as a pilot, while or after earning this degree, are eligible to enter the Professional Pilot program and add to their pilot credentials.
An FAA medical certificate is required for enrollment.

Flight Training Devices

We are utilizing the latest in flight training devices including full-motion and static flight simulators. These state-of-the-art simulators allow our experienced simulator instructors to instill industry standards and procedures as well as supplement your flight training.
