To provide quality IT services to meet the current and future information technology requirements of LCCC’s
faculty, staff and students in support of the mission of the College.
We are committed to providing leadership that enables the college community to excel in the use of technology and information resources, to enhance teaching and learning, support research, and improve service and productivity. The Information Technology Teams strive to do so through the continuing development of a culture of service, a rich information environment, and leadership in the use of technology.
IT is comprised of three teams:
The team responsible for Banner and the associated systems & services that comprise the SIS, ERP & Reporting systems at the enterprise level.
IT Support Services
The Helpdesk, PC and Audio Visual technical staff whom support the academic and administrative computing environments.
Infrastructure & Client Solutions
The technical team whom maintains the data centers, the communications systems, the network
connectivity, along with engineering technology solutions.
