Schnecksville, Pa., Sept. 5, 2025 – Lehigh Carbon Community College will offer fall late start accelerated sessions for students needing to earn credits in a fast format. A 10-week fall session will be held from Sept. 30 through Dec. 13, and a seven-week session is set for Oct. 22 through Dec. 13. Continuing and new LCCC students are encouraged to enroll.

Classes in the 10-week session (starting Sept. 30) are mostly offered online. Online courses provide course content, assignments and all assessments within the Canvas learning management system. Students can take courses in a range of subject areas, including accounting, art, business, computer science, criminal justice, economics, English, history, mathematics, music, speech, psychology, sociology, Spanish and more.

Available classes in the seven-week session (starting Oct. 22) are offered online and include courses in business, computer science, economics, English, and speech. 

Tuition (including fees) is $225.00 per credit hour for students from one of LCCC’s sponsoring school districts and $376.00 per credit for other Pennsylvania residents. Schuylkill County residents pay $305.00 a credit, and out-of-state or foreign students pay $527.00 a credit. Tuition and fees are due at the time of registration.

New students can apply for admission online at www.lccc.edu/admissions. Students can apply for financial aid by completing the 2025-26 FAFSA online at www.studentaid.gov.

Those seeking a degree must complete a placement test, or meet requirements for exemption, and meet with an advisor, either virtually or in-person, before registering for classes. Students can pay online or in person at the Business Office in Schnecksville, as well as sites in Tamaqua and Allentown.
