LCCC Launches Leadership Success Series to Strengthen Lehigh Valley Workforce
Schnecksville, Pa., July 22, 2025 – Professionals who would like to advance their careers and enhance their leadership capabilities are encouraged to explore the new Workforce Leadership Series at Lehigh Carbon Community College, launching in the Fall 2025 semester. The training will help workers be prepared to lead in today’s evolving workplace and learn to effectively manage teams, drive change, and influence organizational success.
Developed through LCCC’s Center for Workforce Development, the Leadership Success Series addresses the region’s growing demand for effective, future-focused and innovative leaders. LCCC’s Leadership Success Series provides a transformational training experience designed to grow leaders at every level, from first-time supervisors to seasoned executives. This series delivers a complete leadership journey built around real-world challenges, interactive simulations, one-on-one coaching, and certificates.
The four-tiered series is designed for supervisors, mid-level managers and senior executives, offering a stackable credential pathway that allows learners to grow with their careers:
- Level 1: Foundations of Leadership – For new or first-time supervisors building foundational leadership skills.
- Level 2: Emerging Leaders Program – For growing leaders who want to expand their influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Level 3: Advanced Leadership Development – For mid-level managers focused on strategic leadership and driving organizational change.
- Level 4: Executive Leadership Mastery – For senior executives and directors looking to lead with innovation, vision, and inclusive strategy.
Each course consists of 24 hours of instruction and offers an LCCC certificate and digital badge upon completion. These credentials help professionals showcase their leadership competencies to employers and peers, reinforcing their readiness to lead in complex and evolving environments.
Participants will explore topics such as emotional intelligence, performance management, strategic problem-solving, inclusive leadership and digital transformation all aligned with industry best practices and employer needs.
“We’ve designed this program to be transformational, not just informational,” said Doni Binczak, Program Manager at LCCC’s Center for Workforce Development. “Our goal is to support leaders at all levels with tools they can apply immediately to strengthen their teams and achieve measurable results.”
Classes will be held in both Schnecksville and Tamaqua locations, with flexible scheduling available for working professionals. Organizations can also partner with LCCC to offer customized leadership training for their teams.
