Ordering Transcripts from LCCC

Students may now request transcripts in the following ways:

  • Current and recent students with portal access:
    • Submit a printed transcript request through the myLCCC portal.
    • By ordering an electronic transcript on the National Student Clearinghouse website. This electronic method allows delivery generally within 24-48 hours if there are no holds or research required.  Lehigh Carbon Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide electronic transcript ordering for current, past students and alumni through the LCCC website.
    • Fill-out a Transcript Request Form to have a printed transcript sent on your behalf. Please allow 3-5 business days to process with this method.
  • Alumni and students without portal access*:
    • Use the National Student Clearinghouse website.
    • Fill-out a Transcript Request Form to have a printed transcript sent on your behalf. Please allow 3-5 business days to process with this method. *Please note: You will need to create a Dynamic Forms account, see steps below.

        • Once the account is created, click the link again to complete and submit the form.
  • Dual Enrollment Financial Responsibility & Transcript Holds
    • High school and Dual Enrollment students are required to satisfy all financial obligations to Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) by the established payment deadlines. Because high school and dual enrollment coursework is not eligible for federal Title IV financial aid, student accounts with past-due balances are subject to holds. A Business Office Hold will be placed on any student account with an outstanding balance prior to the start of the subsequent semester’s registration period. This hold restricts the student from registering for future courses. Additionally, LCCC will withhold the release of official academic transcripts for any student with an outstanding balance. Both registration privileges and transcript release will be restored once the account balance is paid in full.

Note: Processing time may increase during peak periods.
*Students who last attended prior to fall 1985 and have not returned require an extra 3 business days to process
