Most problems or concerns that you encounter in the classroom or in receiving college services, can be resolved by simply taking the time to speak with the instructor, department staff or director, so that should always be your first step. If after doing so, you are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, the College offers a service to assist you. You can now confidentially email or speak to someone by telephone at any time, Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5pm.
