LCCC Offers Noncredit Cooking Classes for Couples for Fall 2020

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will offer a variety of noncredit hands-on cooking classes for couples to enjoy. All are held from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Lisa Jane Scheller Community Services Center kitchen at LCCC’s main campus in Schnecksville. Fees per person vary.
 
Learn the history and cultural context and how to make sushi rolls in date night class Sushi 101, held on Friday, Oct. 2. Bring a water bottle or non-alcoholic beverage. Cost is $75 per person.
 
Couples cooking class, The Cuisine of Asia, which will be held Friday, Nov. 6, teaches participants how to make dishes from Thailand, Vietnam and mainland China, such as dumplings, egg rolls and wok stir fry. A $70 fee per person applies.
