LCCC Offering Spring 2016 CPR Healthcare Provider Classes

Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) is offering a noncredit class designed by the American Heart Association for health care providers, allied health students, professional rescuers, and lifeguards. Students will learn all the knowledge and skills covered in the Heartsaver Plus Course for all ages as well as a two-person CPR for adult and child. Course completion is valid for two years. Classes are held on May 9 and June 6 at the main campus in Schnecksville. Class fee is $85.
In addition, a CPR/ AED (automated external defibrillator) Adult and Child class offered by the American Health and Safety Institute (ASHI) will be held April 13 at LCCC’s Schnecksville campus. Students will learn basic CPR and use of AED to assist in saving lives during emergency situations. Cost is $55.
