published Monday, March 29, 2021
Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC) will host the 17th Annual LCCC Foundation Scholarship Clay Shoot on Friday, April 30, at Lehigh Valley Sporting Clays in Coplay, Pa. Registrations are open to the public and are now being accepted. All proceeds for this event will go towards the COVID 19 Student Emergency Fund for all our students and military veterans, and active duty service members affected by the COVID 19 pandemic. As we continue to face the financial implications of the pandemic, our community support continues to assist students with a variety of needs including expenses related to costs of food, housing, and utility, transportation, childcare, healthcare and more.
Event registration is $150 per individual participant. Entry includes 100 rounds of clay shooting, shells for the event, continental breakfast, awards and a boxed lunch. Participants each receive a commemorative souvenir and have the option to purchase extra tickets in a package for $30, which includes additional chances for prizes and mulligans.
The LCCC Foundation Scholarship Clay Shoot has provided more than $200,000 in Foundation scholarship funds to LCCC students over the past 15 years. The event helps to ensure financial support for students by turning their aspirations into reality through the value of an LCCC education.
The Title Sponsor this year is Cornerstone Independent Asset Management. Sponsorship opportunities are still available.
