LCCC Holds Information Session for Education Programs
Schnecksville, Pa., Jan. 31, 2025 – Lehigh Carbon Community College will host an information session this spring for students interested in pursuing a career in education. A virtual session is set for 6 p.m., Thursday, Feb 20.
The information session will highlight the college’s Education programs and will be led by Education faculty and members of the admissions team. The session will also highlight transfer opportunities and career paths associated with the program.
Prospective students will learn about the following programs:
Early Childhood Education A.A.S. (degree that can be transferred)
Early Child Education Director/Specialized Diploma
Education A.A. (degree that can be transferred)
Special Education A.A. (degree that can be transferred)
Early Childhood Education practicum certificate
Teacher Education Quickstart
In addition, prospective students can apply for admission to the college, learn about testing requirements and receive financial aid information. Faculty will be on hand to discuss specifics of the programs.
Families are encouraged to also attend. Students should register in advance online. A zoom link to participate in the meeting will then be shared.
