PATH Career Training

PATH (Pennsylvania’s Advanced Training & Hiring) is a joint effort involving Lehigh Carbon Community College, Luzerne County Community College, and Northampton Community College to provide job training for students throughout the region and address graduating students who are prepared for workforce demands well into the future.

We have partnered with employers in a variety of ways, including input in curriculum development, identifying apprenticeships and internship opportunities, providing mentors, donating or loaning equipment, involving employees who could benefit from additional training, and giving hiring priority to students who complete the programs.

PATH is for students of all ages and backgrounds.  PATH specifically targets individuals who have been affected by foreign trade, the underemployed or unemployed, veterans, workforce entrants or re-entrants and those in need of improved and enhanced skills.  Career support services include career coaching and job placement assistance.  This is your PATH to a better career!
