These courses prepare individuals working in institutional foodservice for management positions as a Certified Dietary Manqager in one year.  Textbook included.  Payment options:  total fee up front OR four payments between August 2018 and January 2019.  Contact Linda Mills, Program Director at 610-207-9600 for details.  Senior discount does not apply.
