published Thursday, October 12, 2017
Lehigh Carbon Community College’s (LCCC) Diversity Committee will present a student workshop on Monday, Oct. 30, at 2:15 p.m., featuring Angela King, a former member of a white nationalist group. King works with Life After Hate, a national organization for former members of hate groups. King will speak about people who have been in these organizations and how they turned their lives around, advocating for understanding and healing.

An evening presentation, which is free and open to the public, will follow at 6 p.m. Both events take place in the Scheller-Woodman Community Services Center, on the main campus of LCCC, in Schnecksville, Pa.
