STEM Summer Sessions for Children

Early Learning Center
9 a.m. to noon
Lehigh Carbon Community College’s (LCCC) Early Learning Center will offer STEM summer camps beginning in June at its main campus in Schnecksville, Pa.
 
The camp offers children fun activities while weaving in academic learning and is geared toward children ages three through six years old. Participants can choose from one to four two-week camp sessions. All sessions run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
 
Rates are $150 for a one-week session. Sessions are as follows:
 
 
Session 1: At the Beach
June 19-23 – Exploring Sea Life
June 26-30 – Beach Fun
 
Session 2: Build It
July 3-7 – Bridges and Transportation
(no class July 4)
July 10-14 – Cities and Skyscrapers
 
Session 3: Recycle It
July 17-21 – Creative Art
July 24-28 – Musical Instruments
 
Session 4: Camping Adventure
July 31-August 4 – Setting Up Camp
August 7-11 – Exploring Outdoors
