About the Main Campus:

Lehigh Carbon Community College is located on a beautiful 153-acre campus in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, about ten miles north of the greater Allentown area. The main campus includes the following facilities:
  • Administration Building
    The Administration Building houses administrative and student services offices, a number of specialized business and office technology classrooms and the Student Center.
  • Student Center
    The Student Center is home to the cafeteria, bookstore, and game room, as well as the Cougar's Den, information desk, TV lounge and the Offices of Student Life and Athletics.
  • Technology Center
    The Technology Center held its first classes in Spring 2004. The 50,000 sq. ft. center houses state-of-the-art equipment, laboratories and instructional areas for students enrolled in the college's technology-focused courses.
  • Library
    The $5 million cutting-edge library includes collaborative wireless laptop Internet service; 52 computer workstations; learning pods; seven collaborative work rooms (each containing a computer, monitor, whiteboard, and seating); a high-tech classroom (with a built-in presentation software system and student desks with flip-up computer screens); media resources room (containing instructional DVDs on a variety of subjects); television lounge; and café. The building also houses the Foundation and Alumni Conference Center, featuring four wall-mounted flat-screen monitors and the most sophisticated, high-tech audio-visual presentation system on campus.
  • Science-Hall
    The Science-Hall contains numerous classrooms and science laboratories, Early Learning Center.
  • Academic Resource Center
    The Academic Resources Center, which was recently renovated in spring 2009, is home to the bookstore, dining services, classrooms, the testing center and faculty offices. The Business Enterprise Center is also located on the first floor of the ARC.
  • The Fowler Education Center
    A nationally recognized teacher education model, the $1.6 million LCCC Fowler Education Center includes a Community Room; Fine Arts Studio; Air Products Open-Air Outdoor Classroom; Early Learning Center; Harry C. Trexler Trust Early Childhood Education Observation Classroom (linked to Early Learning Center via one-way glass); Pencor Services Inc. Culinary Arts Cove; Research/Resource Teacher Education Laboratory; The Arcadia Foundation Performing Arts Studio; Teacher Education Department Office Suite; Adjunct Resource Office Suite; Teacher Education Symposium Room; an Education SMART Seminar Classroom; and student lounge.
  • Gino Nicolai HVACR Training School
    Named for the former president of Hannabery HCAC and founding member of the Independent Quality Alliance (IQA), houses state-of-the-art heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration training equipment.
  • John G. Berrier Hall
    John G. Berrier Hall, named for the founding president and President Emeritus of the college, houses an auditorium, gymnasium, fitness center, and specialized physical education and recreational facilities.
  • Dr. C. Eugene Wilson Educational Support Center (ESC)
    The Dr. C. Eugene Wilson Educational Support Center provides learning assistance for a variety of needs and subject areas. The Center's services include Educational Support Services, Disablity Support Services, and Grant-Funded Support Services.
  • The Early Learning Center
    The Early Learning Center provides a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children. It is licensed by the Department of Public Welfare and serves as a lab site for the Teacher Education program.
