o Submission of High School transcript or GED and transcripts from all post secondary institutions attended.
o Take the Biology placement test in addition to the full Compass Placement Test (math, reading, and writing).
o Submit an application for the Nursing Program by December 1st for consideration for the following fall semester.
o Take the Test of Essential Academic Skill (TEAS-V) by December 1st. Use ATI’s website to register and pay for the TEAS test.
o Submission of High School transcript or GED and transcripts from all post secondary institutions attended.
o Take the Biology placement test in addition to the full Compass Placement Test (math, reading, and writing).
o Submit an application for the PTA department by February 1st
o Schedule and complete 16 hours of observation, with at least 4 hours of in-patient and 4 hours of out-patient observations by February 1st.
o Take the Health Occupation Basic Entrance Test by February 1st. Use ATI’s website to register and pay for the HOBET.
o After all steps are completed, qualified candidates will be asked to come in for an interview.
o Submission of High School transcript or GED and transcripts from all post secondary institutions attended.
o Take the Biology placement test in addition to the full Compass Placement Test (math, reading, and writing).
o Submit an application for the OTA department by April 1st
o Schedule and complete ten hours of OTA observations from two different agencies by April 1st
o Attend a scheduled interview
o Submission of High School transcript or GED and transcripts from all post secondary institutions attended.
o Take the Biology placement test in addition to the full Compass Placement Test (math, reading, and writing)
o Schedule and complete 20 hours of observation and answer the questions on the Career Exploration Form by February 1st
o The most qualified applicants will be asked to attend an informational session and personal interview with a program representative.
***NOTE: Any student wishing to take upper level science courses toward any program may be required to take additional placement testing in Biology and/or Chemistry.
