You're Invited To A Taste In The Wild at Lehigh Valley Zoo - To Benefit The Jennifer L. Snyder Memorial Scholarship

Lower Macungie-resident, Jennifer Snyder, a 27-year old technician at a veterinarian’s hospital in the Lehigh Valley, left her apartment in the spring of 2011 to meet her boyfriend, a veterinarian at another animal hospital. Jennifer disappeared and, shortly thereafter, her body was discovered on a nature preserve; her boyfriend charged in her death.

A Taste In The Wild is Friday, July 25th from 5 - 9 pm.  $40 per person.

Unique tasting prepared by Jason Hook from h20 kitchen, wine and beer sampling, self-guided tours of the zoo, live music!

For tickets go to or contact Jane Wilchak.

All net proceeds of this event will benefit the Jennifer Lindsay Snyder Memorial Scholarship Fund through the Lehigh Carbon Community College Foundation.

    1,000 for $1,000 Athletic Partnership

Alumni are encouraged to join the Athletic Partnership. All gifts are appreciated and help our athletic teams and facitlies to be their best. The 1,000 for $1,000 Athletic Partnership is a great way to leave a lasting impact for the future. We encourage alumni to commit gifts of $200 per year for five years, thus reaching $1,000. When we reach 1,000 alumni participating, there will be a fund of $1 million to help maintain the athletic fields in the future, allowing the College and Foundaiton to focus on scholarships and other financial aid and student-centered activities.

Simply send your first check made to the "LCCC Foundation Athletic Partnership" to 4525 Education Park Drive, Schnecksville, PA 18078 or easily and securely use your credit card by clicking "Give Online" above and completing the online form.
