Congratulations as you near completion of your degree requirements! If you are ready to apply for graduation, please visit the "Graduation Procedures" page.

The following are directions for running a degree audit. You may wish to print this page prior to linking to Bannerweb.

Please note that the Degree Audit portion of Bannerweb is currently in test mode. These audits are for planning purposes only, and are not considered official evaluations.

After logging in to Bannerweb:
  1. Click on Student Services and Financial Aid
  2. Click on Student Records
  3. Click on Degree Evaluation
  4. Select the current term
  5. If your program and program start date are listed correctly, click Generate New Evaluation
  6. If your program and/or start date are not correct, click What-If Analysis
  7. Select entry term
  8. Select program
  9. Select program again (leave campus code blank)
  10. Select current term
  11. Generate request
  12. Select General Requirements to view evaluation results
  13. Select Detail Requirements to view details of requirements not met
  14. Select Additional Information to view classes not counted in the evaluation
