Congratulations as you near completion of your degree requirements!

All students planning to earn a diploma, certificate, or degree must complete an Application for Degree/Certificate and Graduating Student Satisfaction Survey in advance of requirement completion. These forms may be obtained by visiting the Enrollment Services Office or any LCCC site location, and are also available below.

Students uncertain as to whether they are ready to apply for graduation should request a degree audit with the Student Services department by calling 610-799-1137. Students may also do a preliminary degree audit online.

Deadlines for Graduation Applications:

  • December Candidates* - Application Due before October 1
  • May Candidates - Application Due before February 1st
  • August Candidates* - Application Due before June 1st

*Note: August and December candidates are eligible to participate in the student recognition ceremony as well as May commencement.

Students whose applications have previously been rejected, must reapply when ready.

Graduation Application Fee is no longer required.
The following forms must be completed if you are planning to graduate from Lehigh Carbon Community College.
