Please note: You will need Adobe Reader to view and print the following documents.
"Unofficial" transcripts are marked "Issued to Student" and sent directly to the student. Otherwise, they are sealed and look the same as an official transcript.
Your LCCC transcript reflects all of your credit coursework. If there are any holds on your account or record, a transcript will not be issued.
Non-credit class attendance can be verified by completing and returning the "Verification of Attendance Request Form" found under Student Records.
Requests must include all of the following: Name, Social Security Number or LCCC Student ID #,Date of birth, Phone, Date of request, Signature (necessary to authorize the release of your transcript), details on where the transcript should be sent, and number of copies desired.

Accessing Your Student Grades
In order to access your student grades online, please follow the instructions below.Basic Transcript knowledge
"Official" transcripts can only be mailed directly to prospective colleges you plan to attend or prospective businesses employers."Unofficial" transcripts are marked "Issued to Student" and sent directly to the student. Otherwise, they are sealed and look the same as an official transcript.

- By Mail to LCCC-Enrollment Services
