Monday’s 2 – 3:15 pm beginning September 30, 2014 (Fall Session II)
This one credit course will provide students with the information, tools and resources needed to prepare a plan for a successful transition to another college or university. Emphasis will be placed on the clarification of appropriate pathways, majors and degrees based on career and academic interests, introduction and awareness of transfer options and financial resources, the development of a personal education plan for transfer, and general transition planning.
