Eligibility
Students wishing to try out for an intercollegiate sport must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits and stay enrolled in 12 credits during the semester of competition. In addition, students must earn 12 credits each semester with a minimum of a 2.00 GPA. For additional information visit NJCAA Eligibility webpage.

Head Coach: Amy Giberson (first year) Amy graduated from Dieruff High School and played softball for four years. She went on to LCCC and was a member of the 2004 EPCC championship team and PCAA state championship team. While at LCCC, Amy graduated with two associates degrees, one in education and the other in sports management. She went on to Kutztown University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management. While at Kutztown, she did a student coaching internship with Kutztown Middle School softball and also assisted with the JV team at the high school. Amy has been the assistant coach for the past two seasons here at LCCC.
Assistant Coach: Denny Barr (second year) Denny graduated from Central Bucks HS and Mansfield University. Masters degree from Lehigh University. Coached seven seasons as head coach at Parkland HS with a record of 135-34. Won four league championships and three district 11 championships. As a player was a pitcher and first baseman in various local fastpitch leagues for more than 30 years. Basketball Boys assistant coach for one year at Central Bucks West HS and girls assistant coach for one year at Parkland HS. Played freshman ball at Asbury College, Wilmore, KY.
Women's softball was added to the roster of intercollegiate athletics in the 2000-2001 school year.
