Class Descriptions: 

P90X - An exercise video series developed by Tony Horton. The program offers workouts at different intensity levels, so people can work at different levels if they so choose.

Trekking - Join this innovative group treadmill class and get more from your time in the gym.

Walking Club - Get off your chair and join others in a nice walk around campus. We will meet at the flagpole outside the AD building. Dress appropriately for the weather.

Workouts with Jocelyn - Add variety to your workouts. Try different cardio and strength training workouts each class.

Zumba - A high energy, fun workout, it fuses Latin and International music to create a one-of-a-kind workout.  If you love to dance or just love to have fun this  class for you.  Come join the Party!

Abs & Arms -  A 30-minute class that focuses on muscle conditioning for biceps, triceps, shoulders and abdominals.
