Our chef will show you how to prepare weekday meals that are fast, tasty, and healthy, to boot. Prepared dishes, technique and methods change from season to season (fall and spring semesters). Materials fee: $15 payable to instructor. Hands-on class. This class meets at Whitehall High School.

Cheeses of Europe

Want to decorate like a pastry chef?  Are you obsessed with cupcakes?  We've got the class for you.  Learn the techniques to decorating stunning cupcakes that look so beautiful, you won't want to eat them!  Hands-on class.  Materials fee:  $5-payable to the instructor. Knife Skills
Handling a knife properly will change your life in the kitchen. You will become masterful at dicing, slicing, chopping, chiffonade, mincing, and julienne. You will learn how to select the best knives for your needs as well as how to sharpen and care for them. Materials fee: $5 payable to instructor.
