Insurance Call Center Professional Certificate (Elective 1)
Earn your 24 pre-licensing credits required to take the Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance exams.  Learn all aspects of the Life, Accident & Health Insurance Business.  Taught by experienced professionals, the course begins with Ethics in the Insurance Industry and Pennsylvania Insurance Regulations.  Understand Life, Accident & Health Basics and terminology.  Health and Dental Insurance will be covered in detail.  Experience the World of Insurance Overview, intensive insurance preparation, and exam content review.
