Since 1999, Coach Schlosser has been a coach in the Keystone Regional Volleyball Association (KRVA) where she has lead five boys teams to first place wins at regional championships and coached teams yearly at the Juniors Olympic National Championships. She has been the head coach of the Boys Varsity volleyball at Emmaus High School since 2001. Coach Schlosser has been the KRVA Juniors chairperson since 2003. In addition, she has organized and coached at clinics, day camps, and seminars for East Penn Volleyball for the past eight years.

2006 News - Division Runner-up
The 2006 women's team had quite a successful season. They began the year with two goals - to beat a rival they had not beat in many years and to be in the finals of the championship. Through hard work and determination the team overcame quite a few obstacles to meet their goals. Injuries sidelined two starters who left the team early in the season and then plagued several of the remaining players who toughed it out repeatedly. There was a lot of pressure on the players, both in terms of time and the need for them to perform and they rose to meet that challenge. After losing to Northampton two times during season play, both of the teams goals were met in one fell swoop when they defeated Northampton in the semi finals of the championships to move on into the finals.
