ANGEL Distance Education Orientation

Welcome to the Distance Education Program at Lehigh Carbon Community College! The Director of Enrollment Services will send you a welcome letter with instructions for logging into the myLCCC portal. About two weeks before the semester begins, after you log into myLCC, you will be able to click on the link for "Connect to Online Courses." This will open ANGEL for you to begin to explore. You can do the online orientation in ANGEL, but you will not be able to access your course until the scheduled start date you were given when you registered. For many Hybrid courses as well as all ANGEL-enhanced courses, your instructor will provide information to get started online during the first class meeting. If you do not receive this information within one week of the start of the semester, contact your instructor immediately.

All inquiries by new students regarding registration, enrollment and admissions should be directed to the Admissions Office at 610-799-1575. Returning students should contact Enrollment Services at 610-799-1171.

ANGEL Distance Education Orientation is recommended for ALL students who will be taking an online, hybrid or ANGEL-enhanced course at LCCC. As soon as you have access to ANGEL as described above, please complete this Orientation before the start of classes. You can do the online orientation on your own time. Or you can join us for a live orientation on campus or onlilne in a web-conference session. Those dates and times will soon be posted here and in ANGEL.

If you have technical problems with ANGEL, please contact the Distance Education Office for assistance. Someone will usually respond with 24 hours, except weekends and holidays.
