Welcome to Distance Education at Lehigh Carbon Community College. We offer programs and courses in a ten-week and full semester format. These courses offer convenience and flexibility; however, they are not self-paced courses. Each course has scheduled due dates for assignments and tests. All online courses require a textbook, and some require special software. Your instructor is available to guide you through the online experience.
In addition to online courses, Lehigh Carbon Community College offers hybrid, enhanced face-to-face courses. Please review the links below for an explanation of each and a demonstration of an online or hybrid course.
The Distance Education Office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- If you have any questions about our program or with the online environment, ANGEL, contact the Distance Education Staff.
Distance Education Students are entitled to the same support services as the on-campus students such as Admissions, Library, Counseling, Advising, Bookstore Services, and more.
