Lehigh Carbon Community College will hold the following noncreditcooking classes this semester. Students will learn how to prepare awide variety of Italian dishes. All classes are held at LCCC's maincampus in Schnecksville, unless noted otherwise. Additional lab feesare payable to the instructor on first night of class.
