Lehigh Carbon Community College's main campus in Schnecksville willoffer a noncredit course in Professional Home Inspections thissemester. Home Inspector will cover the following topics:
- Overview of structures
- House physics
- Electrical, heating and cooling
- Plumbing systems
- Basement water and radon gas problems
- Kitchens
- Interiors and exteriors
- Preparation for the National Home Inspection Exam
Home Inspector will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 22through Apr. 3, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. (no class held Mar. 11 &13). Course number is CAR 992-50 and the fee is $1,150.
