The Teacher Education department at Lehigh Carbon Community College(LCCC), in conjunction with the college's Foundation, will hold aseries of Saturday workshops as part of its 2007-2008 Early ChildhoodEducation offerings. Each workshop in the Instructional Strategies Series isheld from 9-11 a.m. at the college's main campus, Route 309,Schnecksville, and meets DPW, Act 48, and Keystone Stars requirements.All proceeds from this fundraising effort benefit the Teacher EducationResource Fund.
Let's Get Moving will be held Sat., Oct. 20. Learn strategiesfor building a quality, large-motor curriculum for early childhoodprograms and create props for indoor and outdoor physical play. Coursenumber is CAR 355-10; fee is $15. Instructional materials will be provided (laminating fees are extra).
